Great place to live Winchester Arms apartment is a great place to live the location great and rent is reasonable. What i like most is each unit has storage space which is included in rent and also that i live next to Willard Pond. Willard pond has a nice trail out back for walking, running or fishing. Management is always there for you if you have questions or need assistance.
Good place to live The apartments are nice size but could use some updating. It's wonderfully located next to Willard pond. It's a safe environment. Rent is a very reasonable price. Only down fall is that dogs are not allowed in apartments.
Will not answer phone/emails I lived here for a year and within three months of living there the property manager left and has not been replaced. Also, the maintenance man left as well so there is no staff on the property when it came time that I wanted to leave I sent in the official documents to do so the office said that they never got them even though it was done on the portal. Bait and Switch Went to view an apartment, scheduled an appointment and took time off from work specifically for this reason. A maintenance individual, who was unable to tell me the price of the unit, was the only person I spoke with. Only afterward was I texted the price of the unit - which was several hundreds of dollars more than listed on this site a month. They lie on websites to get people to come view properties, then inflate the prices.

Great spot with the worst Property Manager The property itself is great, beautiful. Great location, renovation is great, good amenities and utilities provided. Terrible property manager, does not communicate at all unless its perfectly convenient with him. You're on your own here.
Property manager is horrible The newly renovated apartments are gorgeous and overall a great location to live in but the on-site property manager is HORRIBLE. Seems like there is always a problem but when you reach out for help with something or having some sort of issue he never wants to respond!! Only responds when it’s convenient for him.
