Really enjoyed living here. Would recommend for future renters. Good space for an affordable price. Quiet and clean community. Close to schools and a straight shot to 380. The office staff is really great to work with and understandable when issues arise. I will update this review after the move out process. 😊
Maintenance is okay quick to get things done, staff is great! the best part only. Not too good on keeping "pet waist" or keeping those in check for cleaning up after their pet (too many little turds everywhere). Cost is not great, too expensive for an apartment with the lack of amenities they have to offer and charge too much for water, we have nothing to water just a shower, washing, and dishes does not warrant a high bill maybe in a house but not in an apartment. I paid a $1000 deposit on Friday at the close of business and on Monday morning requested my deposit back due to them not accepting my ESA paperwork. I’m being told my deposit is non-refundable however the paperwork I signed does not state that. I work to hard for my money and have requested a number to corporate. I swear I wish I had read the reviews before paying my deposit… if I could give them a zero rating I would. This is a complete scam.
These apartments are amazing!!! I moved into these on January 10th and Devanih and Perla have been so helpful and sweet!!! It’s a good environment!!! Any problems I’ve had they have been prioritized and fixed right away so I highly recommended these!!!!
