Unable to complete simple tasks for safety of community. The entire stairwell lighting has been out for over a month. I’ve emailed and their reason is due to shipping. By now, find another place for the safety of your residents. They make you pay fees but don’t enforce dog feces pick up and there’s fever everywhere. The pool and playground has barely been worked on since we’ve lived here. There’s trash EVERYWHERE. The dumpsters are a nightmare.
