Great Place to Live!!! I've been living at this residence for three years now and it's been a really pleasant experience. The property is well kept and pool area is amazing. Staff is really courteous and all needs are met at a timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to live near the beach at an affordable price.

Clean, Safe, Quiet, Great Location! When I read reviews i want to be able to know the basics,so see below! Clean-Maintenance is great, the lush green life makes it nice in the evenings , I have never seen any trash in the walkways! I have been here for a year! No bugs either ! Just some fun squirrels in the trees! Mgmt-Mgmt is great, their physical office hours are limited but you can always reach out via email. Beware renting here... I had mold in my unit, it was tested and found which I paid out of my own pocket after they refused. I showed them the results and we went back and forth in the end I decided to move out and to my knowledge, I don't believe they repaired the mold problem. So please beware when renting here.
