Getting worse Westgate Arms in Methuen, MA has been getting worse with time. It is becoming more like a prison. You cannot have decorations on YOUR OWN door. It is nearly impossible to get in contact or get a call back from the property. We do not have doorbells. Packages are stolen regularly, and they refuse to put up security cameras.
Poor Property Management Good luck getting a hold of property management or maintenance on the phone. I only ever reach someone on the emergency maintenance line. Lower level hallway flooded 6 months ago, took them over a week to come out to fix it and there is still a hole cut into the wall where the "fix" was. It started leaking again this week!
