Absolutely trashy! Management is beyond incompetent!! Avoid this place!! Moved in in this condition and 3 months later only thing that got fixed was some blinds!!!! No handle on front door yet! Holes on all my doors! Worse decision ever!

First of all there is no pool! When they first opened they were nice. They've gone through about 11 managers in 13 years! This manager is by far the worst! Nothing is ever done! It's filthy and falling apart! Phone calls go on answered as do emails! Management is barely in the office! Owners don't care! Cops are here at least every other week! The people living her are treated like animals. Tons of maintenance issues-mold, broken equipment, maggots on the playground, the grounds are filthy. They have aggressive dogs that have attacked other dogs & a child with zero repercussions. The management( when we have one) is extremely unprofessional & lacks training. We rarely have maintenance and even when we do work orders are ignored but checked off as if they were completed. Considering how much we pay for rent, you’d think they would take care of plowing the streets and salting them. The management is terrible—they never answer the phone, always have bad attitudes, and fail to fix anything properly. When they do attempt repairs, it’s just a quick patch job that doesn’t actually solve the problem.

there is always trash all over the place. there has been an ant infestation every spring since before we moved in. there's no carbon monoxide or smoke detector downstairs. the dishwasher is very loud and doesn't dry anything. the garbage disposal has been leaking for three months. also, all the bathroom faucets are corroded and falling apart. but hey, at least the rent goes up every single year.
