The management here ought to be ashamed of themselves. They take months to fix problems inside the apartments that affect the living conditions, they opened the pool over a month late on July 4th, and closed it that following Monday. The pool has only been opened once since then and that was only for a few hours yesterday. Now it’s the weekend and children need something to do, but they can’t enjoy the pool that their parents are paying for. This is RIDICULOUS!
I moved out of this complex March 31, 2025. After doing a walk-through and leaving a forwarding address. I was told I would receive my full deposit. I have not received it yet. Well, after 45 days, emails, and phone calls on my behalf, I received an itemized bill where $300 was missing. I had a credit of $800 on my account. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Ever since Kimberly was unjustly fired, the professionalism in the management office has become nonexistent and very much so criminal.
These apartments are a joke. They teased me with a unit. My application was approved, had the unit number and all including move in date. Because i didnt make enough at the time they denied my application. When i clearly made enough full time. Im a single mother looking to move urgently with a 3 year old. I felt like i was done wrong and it was not fair
Thank you so much Kim for welcoming my family with opening arms. She is be best manager ever! Very respectful, very humble woman. Most landlords are so nasty: she is very polite in mean business. I know the apartment complex will stay looking good! She will not play about them apartments! Thank you Kim!
My apartment is beautiful, and the fact that it’s affordable is the icing on the cake. My neighbors are nice and I know we will all do our very best to keep these apartments in top tier shape with the help of our awesome property manager Kimberly Jones! Thank you so much!!!!
