This is home. I’ve lived here for over a year now. The community is well kept up with and very clean. Office staff is super friendly and always willing to help me when I need assistance or visiting the clubhouse.

good but not great been living here for 3 months.. the apartment had typical wear an tear my biggest complaint was the leak from the faucet in the kitchen i had them come fix it. and they said they did. i have the paper that says they did. but not even a few hours later there was water building up under the kitchen sink again.. so yea they still got to fix that, but thats the only major problem.. pool is nice. gym is sub par. but i go to a real gym so thats not an issue.. for the rest of the apts. i mean it looks nice, great... read more
San Mateo I love my apartments, however I wish there were more control over pool parties. We only have one pool for the complex and when the residence have pool party other residents have no where to lay out or swim. maintenance has been great, no major problems with auto or apartment break ins . Covered parking needs to be numbered and lights changed. Overall Great Place to Live
