It's a lovely apartment complex. Moving in was not exactly smooth, however, as not all the paperwork I needed was asked for in advance of my appointment. There were lots of papers to sign on move-in day, due to the lengthy lease agreement, all whilst the movers were waiting. Oddly, I couldn't see the apartment before reserving my unit, because it apparently wasn't ready for viewing until a week before moving. Additionally, there was a miscommunication over parking. New maintenance John and Joshua awesome. Some residents don't follow the rules .if the gym can be 24 hours why can't the craft room.
I am really pleased with the responsiveness of Aaron (who takes care of the units here to make sure everything is shipshape!). He is very handy and if for any reason he is not the right man for the job ( as in it is not the responsibility of management) he knows who to refer you to. You are not left hanging.
