Ive been in my apartment for over 10 years so its kind of older..I have had the greatest time experience with NaNa the manager of the property..He works well with us and he's great..

If they were more understandable and break down every thing that you're paying it will probably be better and if we had Nana back I know it would be way better I'm not understanding all the extra charges when my rent clearly was 923 with everything it was $1,070 now it's extra charges that they put on there every month I'm not understanding I've been late a couple of times but I pay everything I owe every time and they still give you a hard time they charging for pest control but I've yet to see it sure they're friendly I'm... read more

They have you paying for pest control pest control haven't been here for months I'm telling you this is not the place to be since Nana is gone it is not a good place You going through a hard time and need to pay your rent in payments they give you a hard time Even if you paying everyday trying to get your rent together they not helpful they don't care cuz it's not them or their family

Do not move over here management don't do nothing about nothing it's terrible you make a complaint to the office they don't do anything about your complaints and the neighbors get extra loud after you complained and the landlord does nothing

When it comes to Nana I like him as an apartment manager because he's understanding and he will try to help I haven't met this new one I just know she already put a note on my door after I told her that I will be late but will be paying I've been late before and I've paid everything that was due people don't care if it's not them or their family but I wish we had NaNa back

I've been living here since January it's been nothing but chaos trying to get stuff fixed I had to call code compliance in order to get stuff fixed now the new manager will give you an eviction notice even after you told her that you went through some stuff and you was going to be late paying they're charging for pest control and you don't have pest control and also it was supposed to be 2 months free but all of a sudden they start adding an extra charge on there so I get charged extra on my rent that I'm paying and don't kn... read more
