Enjoy it Here Has everything I am looking for as a student. Fully furnished units, new gym, great coffee machine, personal bus loop, affordable prices, and so much more. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!!
Great place to live! I have lived here for three years and have not had any issues at all. The office staff is very friendly and gets to know their residents personally. Also the bus to campus is really convenient and the fitness center is as good as it gets. Would highly recommend!
10/10 Would Recommend! GREAT place to live! This is my second year living here. Cheap rent and awesome amenities. The free shuttle for residents is perfect. I'm a Purdue student with no car so it makes getting to class super easy. Utilities are included in a $45 fee that's a flat rate, so I can have my AC turned up all the way in the summer, or take as long of a shower as I want! ROACH INFESTED! Do not allow your student to lease here! We moved our daughter in yesterday and her apartment is roach infested! Furniture was ripped up, dirty, and disgusting.
Horrible Place If you want internet, don't come here. Trying to do anything on any device with 25+% packet loss is living hell.
Good luck talking to brick walls Customer service is not great at all. Some might call it garbage. I applied October 31, 2018 and it's now December 14, 2018 and I haven't heard anything from them, unless I send an email, and I'm lucky if I get a reply back. I sent about five emails regarding my approval of my application. One of which was my guarantor didn't finish some paperwork, that was a mistake on my part. Dont If I could give zero stars I would. The management team is awful and they lack basic communication skills. You have to be extremely persistent to get anything done in a timely manner and even then you will most likely be ignored. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more to get an apartment with a competent management team. The only good thing about this apartment is that the rent is cheap and the $45/mo utilities is really awesome. However, be warned that you pay for what you get. Run The poorest managed business I may have ever dealt with. 100 plus tenants denied security deposits because of a change in management. I could write a novels worth of negative remarks but I'll simply just say run the other way.
