Enjoy it Here Has everything I am looking for as a student. Fully furnished units, new gym, great coffee machine, personal bus loop, affordable prices, and so much more. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!!
Great place to live! I have lived here for three years and have not had any issues at all. The office staff is very friendly and gets to know their residents personally. Also the bus to campus is really convenient and the fitness center is as good as it gets. Would highly recommend!
10/10 Would Recommend! GREAT place to live! This is my second year living here. Cheap rent and awesome amenities. The free shuttle for residents is perfect. I'm a Purdue student with no car so it makes getting to class super easy. Utilities are included in a $45 fee that's a flat rate, so I can have my AC turned up all the way in the summer, or take as long of a shower as I want!
