I've known Christine, Roberto, and Natalie for many years now at both Shoreline and Villa Laguna and they are among the best in the business. When I have questions, they are willing to answer them and are always forthcoming with info. Leasing at the properties was a great experience and some days I just come by to say hi. I would highly recommend these properties to anyone looking.

Me and my husband were looking for 1 bedroom apartment, and leasing agent Maria Hererra were dealing with us. She was so kind to us as she showed us 4 different units. She was so professional and patient. She helped us to choose what we were looking for and we are very excited to move in. The community is so cool, everything is new and clean. Our new apartment is amazing. We can recommend SoLé Mia for sure.

The building is nice, but they really struggle with staff. After they tried to overcharge the rent (try to negotiate if you really want to stay), we informed that we were not going to renew our lease and we tried to schedule the move out inspection near our final date, so we could follow up with them, as we saw many reviews complaining about the said unfair charges. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came to deliver a package, and the front desk lady not only refused to accept it, but also started yelling at me. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. At some point, she told me she was 44 years old and from New York — as if that somehow justified her behavior. I have no idea why she thought that information was relevant, but her attitude was completely out of line. She said she was leaving and didn’t care about taking the package. Life in the complex becomes unbearable. Not only does construction start at 5 a.m. every day, but because of the bakery it is impossible to safely drive up to the house. Guests of the establishment leave their cars where they want, the concierges do not monitor this. The playground turns into a dump after these "guests".
