unorganized, rushed makeover Five stars for Jonathan and Daniel working in the office. I wanted to give this place a 2 star rating, but because of their customer service, I'll rate a 3. The layout of the apartment is what my roommate and I are looking for. We were told our unit was in the process of a make over (new paint, new carpet, etc.) but the job was rushed and after two weeks, it was not fixed. Idle Wyld village I have been living here for almost 3-yrs. The manager& staff are very polite& fix things at your request. They give you a second chance of a place to reside& start fresh. It's very clean, it's gated& kept up vey well.
Sketchy I went to see these apartments on 5/30. The leasing staff was kind, but the apartments aren't worth what they're asking for them. On this website it says the application fee is $50, when I talked to Rosa on the phone she said they were $75, which isn't too far of a jump,so I said okay. A few hours later when I went to tour another lady told me that they were $150 with a $75 admin fee--all non-refundable. That's $250 just to apply. hot property literally, my apartment is so hot i cant sleep at night. the airconditioning is terrible and always will be. its a great way to lose weight if your not very good with diets.
Idylwyld I live with my mother and brother. All of our money goes towards bills. We stay in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. My mother and I share a room. We pay so much for our rent, yet our apartment is small.
Keep looking This is the the perfect apartment if you never need anything repaired, if you never need to contact someone to report a need for repairs, if you prefer to be ignored and if you want to throw away a lot of money each month. The manager is great but she can't do it all on her own. She really needs people who care and want to work to make this community great.
