Great maintenance team The unit they gave my wife and I looked pretty good. We had a plumbing issue occur and we called the emergency maintenance line after hours and spoke with Robert. He was great as he advised me what to do to stop things until he got there. Showed up 10 minutes later. Polite professional, fixed the issue and cleaned up everything and advised us he would follow up the next day to make sure there were no other issues.

Fine for now First of all the fact that the main office keeps replying to these reviews with "please contact us directly" is laughable because there is zero way to contact the office - the phone is completely automated and they won't reply to emails or voicemail. I understand they had a recent changeover in management but I would have thought that would have been rectified by now. Most of the amenities they advertise have not been operational for some time: the work out room and pool have been closed since at least the pande... read more

horrible apartments This was one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. We were repeatedly told the unit would be fixed and move-in ready, but every time we came back, it clearly wasn’t. It felt like empty promises just to keep us on the hook. The condition of the apartment was unacceptable. We encountered pest issues and overall poor cleanliness, which shows a complete lack of care and proper inspection.
