I have had the pleasure of living at Timber View Apartments in Broken Bow, and I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Kendall Brandon did an amazing job helping my son get his apartment application completed. She went above and beyond. The apartments are clean and well cared for.
Great place! However my only complaint is maintenance parking in front parking spots. I already struggle enough finding front row parking- I don’t need to fight with the workers for one as well😩 I really think employees should park in the back- whether it’s a car or a ATV :)
I absolutely love living at Timber View Apartments! The community is wonderful, and the staff truly go above and beyond. Khari is amazing—she’s always available to help and is constantly looking out for the community. She’s so sweet and kind every time you walk into the office, it makes you feel right at home. Big S/O to Victoria. She's very kind and patient. I threw a lot of questions at her and she gave me a professional response to every question I had. This made me know that moving here would be very easy and stress free. Again thank you very much. I've lived here for a month now and I am loving it. The community is friendly and calm. The staff is very helpful with whatever you need. I would totally recommend this place if you need a new home in Broken Bow.
