"I've really enjoyed my time at Timber View Apartments. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the spacious closet and open concept kitchen. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Victoria was incredibly helpful during the application process, answering all my questions and making everything smooth and easy. Danielle is also fantastic. She's responsive and always addresses any concerns promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Timber View Apartments”.
Applied to tour the apartment, date was set, great. However I wasn't even given a chance to tour the apartment after all, wasn't told it was no longer available. I spent $30 on petscreening because it's REQUIRED regardless of if you have pets or not. It's also nonrefundable. They also require info that is NONE on their business. Oh and on top of that, come to find out they don't pay for ANYTHING. Everything is paid for BY YOU. The only thing THEY WILL pay for is lawn care and snow removal. It’s hard to get in contact with them, when you call you get sent to a recording even during business hours. I never got a clear answer on some of the fees or how to even pay them which makes it hard if you’re moving to Broken Bow from another state or county. Some fees are not listed online so I suggest going in-person and view the apartments if you can’t get ahold of them over the phone or email. Really nice apartments. The property manager Danielle is very nice and professional. The few maintenance issues I did have Calvin has addressed in a timely manner. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.
