There's a lot to say but I legally can't without repercussions. What I can say is that signing a year with this company will give you only 4 certainties: you will pay every month, if you don't pay by the grace period on your lease you will get a late fee, if you don't pay the late fee they will evict you, and even if you're perfect there will be a charge on your security deposit. Lived here for a few years and If there's anything I can confidently say it's that the maintenance takes way too long to do anything.It can take weeks sometimes months to get to anything serious done like fixing a sink or replacing a water heater. I had to wait 3 weeks without hot water because they take so long and my ac unit would freeze into a solid block of ice since we moved in but they never fixed it across multiple years and multiple reports. I have lived here for ten months now. Let me just say I am quite disappointed. When I first moved in everything seemed okay and pretty decent. Newly renovated apartment with no carpet and it was clean. As the months continue though, there has been nothing but what seems like disappointment. The AC will go out regularly and they still haven’t just replaced it. I can not tell you the amount of cans of bug spray and packages of bug bombs I’ve purchased in just my 7 MONTHS of living here. The absolute INFESTATION of ROACHES is absolutely insane. It seemed to be okay at first. I rarely saw anything especially since it was winter when I moved in but soon I started to see them more and more. No matter how clean or empty my place is there always manages to be something somewhere. Lucy, Leslie, & the manager (sorry i forgot name) helped us thru the application process like no other apartment complex does. 10/10 hospitality and they are always answering the phone during business hours, very helpful. i highly highly recommend you rent here then units are nice and affordable, parking is a little weird but that’s not that big of a deal as it’s a gated community. Really cannot brag enough on the ladies up front seriously very professional & very helpful to me and my gf. i would leave 10 stars if i could
