Management was super easy to deal with. Anything that broke we could put in a ticket with maintenance and they’d be out pretty much the next day to fix whatever might have been broken. Neighbors were great, never had packages stolen. The indoor washer and dryer were definitely a huge plus! We lived here for about a year until we were able to find ourselves a house. Great experience.
Just received an email from them stating I can't view their properties until I pay the application fee, and get approved!!? Sound like a scam, I'm good love enjoy ✌🏾
Rented from here the last year. Horrible service from management. I've posted several reviews n photos but there removed by the company. Wife and I were glad to finally get away from them only to be asked to pay the repair costs on broken cabinet door.Like really cheap management skill If 1 word comes to mind on this company the wife and I agreed its INCOMPETENCE. We only had a few maintenance requests, but they were all addressed very promptly. Everything was fine.
I'm happy here and the place is kept up and clean. The manager or owner's will help you out with any concerns you may have. It's in a great location.
