FRONT CONCIERGE LONDON !! I would like to highlight an excellent experience I had with London, a staff member at the building who showed a level of proactivity and professionalism that I had never experienced here before. I have lived here awhile now and the hot tub jets do not work and they have no desire to ever fix them. Some of the residents say they moved in back when the building opened about 7 years ago and that the jets haven't worked this whole time! The leasing office has no desire to fix this problem. My experience with Shoreline has been a nightmare. I toured a specific layout in Shoreline East with leasing agent "Jennypher," who told me I would receive that same layout on the seventh floor. I specifically explained that I needed a larger living area because I work from home, and she directed me to apply for the available seventh-floor unit. This conversation is recorded on video. When you go to sign the contract, they pamper you and offer every convenience, but when you have any problems to solve in the building, they don't even look at you and don't give you any attention. Natalie (the manager) is making my life difficult instead of helping the client.

I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a proper inspection of my apartment -- but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense "damage fees" for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges. On top of that, their so-called "free month rent" offer is a trap.
