I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a proper inspection of my apartment -- but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense "damage fees" for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges. On top of that, their so-called "free month rent" offer is a trap.
