We have lived here at the the Ryan's for about three years, I say that because we actually lived in these apartments for about. 4 years but the owners at that time were just, I don't know the best words would be scatter brains. They just seem like they could not remember promises and conversations. they would have with in days . We where not going to renew our lease but thank God the Ryan's took over. Cory was very professional and detailed oriented in helping me find my new place to call home. He explained where every penny was going and how much I was going to be charged, which is important when budgeting. He was kind, courteous, answered and even anticipated questions I was going to ask. His knowledge of the property was beyond amazing and his hospitality is everybit of what a texan should be ❤️❤️❤️ thank you Cory for everything

We’ve lived here for coming up on a year, and have been through multiple property managers and receptionists; until Cory and his team were brought on we had all but washed our hands of this place and just decided to bide our time until moving. Cory and the team are incredibly understanding and happy to listen and offer resolutions. I’ve been a resident here for about a year and a half just currently moved out. When I first moved in the office management was pretty much amazing once they left the change was extremely rocky. I must say that the new manager of the property Cori really takes care of his people And strives to give excellent customer service he’s really helped me through the whole moving out process. The team members in these apartments are truly amazing I mean truly amazing. They work with you they actually have your back. If you need help they will literally do that extra mile for you.
