Mackenzie and Caitlyn were both incredible. You can genuinely tell when you walk in that the two of them bring such a positive and lighthearted energy to the office and that they really love their job. My mother had an incredibly frustrating experience with The Ryan. She signed a lease and made all the necessary arrangements to move in—including taking time off work, scheduling furniture deliveries, and preparing for the transition. When move-in day came, she was shocked to find out the apartment wasn’t even available. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. Worst experience I've ever had with a leasing office, rude people and HORRIBLE time management. Good luck having a phone call answered, and good luck being seen as a person by these greedy people. They didn't have my apartment ready, abandoned their office for "training" when I was supposed to pick up my keys, and caught an attitude when they finally answered their phone (hours late). This apartment complex is the best. I’ve rented at other Greystar properties and can say the office staff here definitely separates it from the competition. Alec has been my point of contact since I moved in and has always accommodated anything I’ve needed. The property is really clean and well maintained. If you are looking for an apartment downtown Phoenix, give The Ryan a chance.
