The Residents of this property are so Blessed to have Julia as the manager of our building!!! She is always doing such wonderful things for all of us!!! Today we had a coffee and waffles morning and Thursday is a Movies and popcorn afternoon for us!!! She is such an amazing person!!! She makes us feel so special in everything she does!!! We can’t thank her enough for making this building a home for us!!!

A resident posted that we have'nt had maintenace or management for 5 months - THIS IS NOT TRUE. We finally have a Manager that has years of experience and has an open door policy. She is compassionate, professional, and cares about the people that live here. We've had some people that havent respected lease rules of no smoking in apartments and not getting permission to have guests more than 2 weeks and without permission by Management. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have a relative of my husband's living there and she recently had a heart attack. When we went by the place to check up on her because she wasn't answering her phone, the manager had my husband trespassed from the property, and even tried to have my relatives rental assistance cancelled. It may be a great building, but the management is very much discriminates against people on section 8. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
