The Quill is the place to be for 55+ with New Management making this apartment top notch living. I have lived here over 2 years now and like the location. Living at the Quill has been my first apartment experience. I have felt welcomed and safe during a very painful time in my life. Julia, our new manager, has been a blessing to our apartment community. Her door is open. She is resourceful, creative, wise, and a good listener. She has high expectations for herself, so she can reasonably have high expectations for those who are under her employ. I have rented most of my life and am so thrilled to have Julia as our new manager! Her open door and personality are so welcoming. The Quill is newer and stylish and she prioritizes taking care of it. I know that she cares about her residents beyond her office hours and that makes all the difference!
With Quill being under new management, the place seems pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The new manager has an “open door” And is always there to help answer any questions that you have. I just moved back to Quill after the new manager was hired and was welcomed To return to Quill. Julia always has a smile for you and ready to help you out. We had a great experience working with The Quill 55+Apartments. The property management was super friendly and welcoming during our tour of the property. All our questions were answered and our later follow up questions were addressed without delays. The rent application process was quite easy to navigate through.
