Best Apartment Complex I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes in Ann Arbor and The Park is by far the best one. The team there is incredibly quick with responses, be it an email or there’s a leak in the bathroom. During the winter the sidewalks are constantly being plowed and iced, I don’t have to worry about my daughter or I slipping. The courtyard, pool and grilling areas have been so pleasant during the summer, I actually enjoy having guests over! 10/10 would highly recommend living here for a family or just yourself!
The New Management is polite and helpful I've found the new management polite and always willing to listen and help. The new portal keeps me up to date on useful information and is an easy way to ask questions or put in a work order. They have done a lot of improvements. Love the new apartment upgrades. For only taking over about 6 months ago they have done a lot.
