COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT LEASE HERE. Me and my friend were supposed to move here everything was nice in the beginning. But as it got closer to my lease ending at my current apartment we stopped hearing from them after we spent almost $200 for an application and fees. Our lease ends in a month so I went in ahead of time to see how the process will be with new management and they completely blew me out of the water. I never knew it could be so easy. Ayla answered all of my questions and assured me the process would be a breeze. No super long process of sending in the same information and surprisingly no large amount difference from what I am currently paying. I look forward to going in and speaking to Ayla and Cory in the future if needed 🩷.
What an awesome experience with Cory and Ayla! The dynamic duo! The Mason is under new management. This staff is compassionate, understanding, helpful, and attentive. They are currently upgrading and renovating, so "please excuse our mess as we prepare for you the best!" If God says the same, I will be moving here soon! They also have a 2 months rent free special right now! Come by and take a tour!!
DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!! Complete SCAM! After paying over $200 on fees and applications, and being approved, we were left completely in the dark!!! We’ve sent multiple emails which have gotten zero response , we’ve made multiple calls- which they seem to be ignoring. From speaking with other applicants- We now know this is a trend for the Mason!!!! They have taken people’s money and were never heard from again. Stay safe and DONT waste your money here!!!
Cory is amazing!!!! I was having some issues with Flex for making my rent payments, but I spoke with him and he gave me peace of mind on still being able to make the payments directly to the resident portal on the dates I will be getting paid from work. That was a huge relief to me and I’m so thankful. Cory, thank you so much for everything you have done!
