Gotta be the nastiest dirtiest place i've ever lived the status beyond incompetent. They charge you what they want on things. You can't control like communities which they never have. These are an older apartment complex. So there are roaches everywhere. Young black men, shooting dice and smoking weed and selling drugs out in the open in the parking lot.
