The worst! If you want to live in an apartment full of problems, move here! They don't respect, they charge what they want in the water! The mailbox has no door, so they don't leave your documents, the request is made to solve it and the only thing they tell you is that you have to wait that you are not the only one with that problem, they only consider it important if the air is bad, I lived here for 1 year and they never solve anything, the staff only tells you that they don't know, what to wait, since I arrived I said tha... read more

First, let me say that the neighborhood and complex are improving and getting a little safer! Emphasis on a little! The residents never pick up after their dogs, so there's poop everywhere. I lived there 2 years and used the dog park once! They say that they will assess fines but never do. The complex got behind on their bills, Valet Trash and the landscaping company didn't come out for 2 weeks! Some of the mailboxes don't have doors, and mail is still being delivered! Very pleasant experience after leaving a terrible situation with other nearby complex. Moved all the way from CA for previous apt complex to screw me over and ruin plans, thankfully The Marion came through for me! Kaylee got me a tour same day and got the application process started for me and had quick turn around. Angelique, Marilyn and Saray (hope I spelt names right😭) were all just as helpful and helped me secure a decent livable apt in no time!! This is the worst place I've ever stayed, they always find an excuse and issue you a bill. We left the house and they issued us a bill for $442 because we damaged the house and these were already broken items in the house and these items calculate a product that is sold outside for $30 as $150, they issue a bill for a pot that was left in the house for $50 and similar small things. I’m glad I came to the Marion. Everything the pictures showed it was damn near the same in person. The only thing I’d say is the gym is a little smaller but that’s okay. Angelica Castillo helped me the whole way. She answered all my questions throughly, she was very honest and upfront. The ambiance was real chill and smelled really good. She even had deserts for the new comers. I do Really appreciate her time and patience. I had a lot of questions. Hopefully I get to be apart of this complex.
