I truly enjoy living at The Mallory! The amenities are fabulous, making everyday living both convenient and enjoyable. The staff goes above and beyond – they treat me like family and always with the utmost respect. The community itself is terrific. Other residents are friendly and welcoming, and it’s a dog-loving environment, which makes it even better. My apartment space is beautiful, and truly feels like home. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, community, and top-notch service, The Mallory is it!

The Mallory apartments are beautiful and the location is fantastic! You've got convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants and easy access to I-40 and 440! I also had the pleasure of meeting with Stephanie, who is the property manager, and she is a ray of sunshine--I can tell she genuinely cares about her residents and her property... the Mallory is lucky to have her!

i wrote the following review about one year ago and deleted it due to the offices response.I moved in shortly after the building opened. i ended out subleasing my unit after 6-7 months which was great but a horrible experience due to the way management required it to be handled- it was unprofessional and the most confusing sublease process i have been a part of. This is truly a great place to live… clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. My only complaint? Some neighbors seem to think the space directly in front of other people’s balconies is an appropriate bathroom spot for their dogs. Even though there’s a large, open area just a few yards away with trash bags and a disposal bins, they still choose to let their dogs relieve themselves right in front of someone’s home, and often don’t even bother to clean it up. Here’s the good • Located in a great area of Raleigh • Feels safe with fob access for building entrances and physical key for apartment door • Units have a lot of windows for natural light - especially the 2BR corner units • Nice fitness center Here’s the not-so-good • Expensive; the 2BR is about 2,300 a month • There aren’t a lot of 2BR units - mostly 1BR units. • Pool hasn’t opened yet; it doesn’t have a permit, so you can’t even enter to sit in the sun by the pool. • Gate arm for parking lot isn’t operational yet. • Curr... read more
