Luxury quality I really enjoyed living here for the past year. The apartment was brand new and the facilities were always well-maintained. Additionally, this is a good area of Long Beach, where I feel safe and it was next to a large park where I could walk my dog. The staff have always been responsive.

Verified Renter Magnolia & Broadway has been pleasant to live in so far. Although I had a somewhat hectic move-in experience from an elevator shutdown incident, the management team recovered gracefully and assisted me very well to make the move-in as smooth as it could be. It's also a very nice, quiet, and clean community, the view is great, and the maintenance team is very fast at getting back to requests. I hope the rest of the year goes as smooth as this first month!

The move-in package was a great help getting around the appliances, and I am enjoying the oversized windows and high ceilings.
