Great place to live! Always feels safe and secure! Love the apartment itself so much and the team, they are always going above and beyond for us residents! Savannah is a top tier manager. We’ve lived in over 8 different rentals due to frequent moves- I wish we could stay here longer!!
Absolutely love living in these modern and spacious units. Very convenient to the downtown night life and with businesses coming up right across the street. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to live in studio lofts that are in walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and night life venues!
Knocking it down to one star because the response from the property management was to have other people post positive reviews to minimize mine. I’m not really a review person. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written. But I thought it could ensure my repairs were completed and planned to delete at that moment. I loved my time living at Swift Mill. Great location, unique apartments in a well maintained historic building, and a great management/maintenance team.
We have lived at swift mill for a little over six months and have had an amazing experience so far! The apartments are huge and the amenities are so nice. Maintenance is fast and so kind, just last week our AC broke in the middle of summer, Chuck came over and was able to diagnose the issue and order a part. We were having a gathering at our apartment while it was still broken, and Chuck called and checked in and brought over keys for us to use the clubhouse for our party.
