Was able to schedule an 11am tour 3/29/25. Drove 40minutes to the leasing office being completely closed. Very frustrating, when this could be easily avoided if proper care and attention is taken. Was already skeptical due to previous recent reviews but now I'm certain I won't be living here
Terrible ! If I could give 0 stars I would. My bf had an appointment at 2PM yesterday (March 22) and absolutely no one was in the leasing office. Every time we called we would get an IA that would answer the phones for them. After waiting for 30 minutes we left. Very very disappointed.
The Lockwood was nice when I first moved here about 9yrs ago now it's nasty here. My ceiling came down last year my whole apartment flooded couldn't use my kitchen for about 2 months they didn't try to accommodate me didn't give me anything mind you I had to eat out every day for 2 months straight. The ROACHES AND MICE ARE RIDICULOUS. The residents have dogs and there is dog poop everywhere mind you they have a dog park! I have been a resident for 3 years now. I was planning to move out but canceled because I see the change. For the past year they have changed managers every2 months and the new person has been here pass that. I see the change he is doing. He is out and about fixing alot of thing listening to us residents concerns that we dealt with in the past. A lot of residents feel this and have talked amongst themselves. Maintenance service has room for improvement. Request are often closed without the request being completed therefore it requires tenants to have to open another request just for services to be complete where if done correctly the first time we would not have to put in duplicate request for the same issue
