The worst place to rent. I have had problems for months with my water bill which it spiked up ridiculously high . I have asked them to do a water meter check and they haven't almost paying $200 on water bill all along and it's a one bedroom apartment. I haven't had any help from the office. The laundry room never works, the gym is almost always close is just for the looks and they have activities each month wich they never do . Do not rent this apartments
D'anna is awesome! She is very helpful and always has a bright smile I am happy to spend another year with The Kimberly. Awesome maintenance.
This place is absolutely the worst. Don't be deceived by the positive reviews; Mr. Miller does not work there any more. The office staff is hardly there and does not answer phone calls or return calls. We have had trouble with this place since the day we moved in and they have done nothing to fix anything, and they have changed management 3 times in the last 10 months. I really wish I would have read these comments before applying. Honestly, I just looked at the stars and thought not bad. The current property management are very unprofessional and snake like. Like wolves in sheep’s clothing. Specifically D’Anna and Alejandra. Before applying I was currently living out of state and a bunch of money saved up. I decided to make a move to Fort Worth. I absolutely do NOT recommend the Kimberly. Other reviews only seemed to praise the workings of the maintenance man, Mr Miller. And he was truly a great maintenance man, but he no longer works here. Not only do all the other problems persist, but maintenance has ignored us for over 3 weeks. Other problems include: Trash and sanitation. The litter is uncontrolled and the pool was closed by the city due to bacteria. Pest control. This is a big one. They simply don't do pest control.
