If could give zero.stars I would. I don't even know where to start. I have lived in these apartments 7 years. We've been through five different realtor companies. Each one making changes but not for the better. They charge you for the maintenance man to go around the grounds and do their job. They charge you for the possibility of having internet or cable or satellite. The worst place to rent. I have had problems for months with my water bill which it spiked up ridiculously high . I have asked them to do a water meter check and they haven't almost paying $200 on water bill all along and it's a one bedroom apartment. I haven't had any help from the office. The laundry room never works, the gym is almost always close is just for the looks and they have activities each month wich they never do . Do not rent this apartments

I absolutely do NOT recommend the Kimberly. Other reviews only seemed to praise the workings of the maintenance man, Mr Miller. And he was truly a great maintenance man, but he no longer works here. Not only do all the other problems persist, but maintenance has ignored us for over 3 weeks. Other problems include: Trash and sanitation. The litter is uncontrolled and the pool was closed by the city due to bacteria. Pest control. This is a big one. They simply don't do pest control. Highly WOULD NOT recommend staying here roach infested, loud music , shooting sometimes , room doesn’t even have lightening the most terrible place to move I would only suggest if you have no other options this is not a place to call home also laundromat isn’t always available closed most of the time
