I don’t know whether the guy that’s patrolling at night is a cop or just a security guard but he needs to be fired immediately. I was doing I delivery for DoorDash, and he parks in front of my car and berated me like I just killed a person for absolutely nothing. He said I was speeding through the entrance but it’s impossible to go more than 20 miles an hour through the gate without seriously damaging your car or some one else’s car. This was my first time renting an apartment, and the entire process was much easier than I expected. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I never felt overwhelmed or confused. I've been living here since the beginning of September and I have enjoyed it so far. Of course there have been minor inconveniences, but as far as the office staff and maintenence goes, they are great. Korina has been a pleasure in the front office and getting whatever needs taken care of done. And the maintenence men (Noe & Adan) have always taken my maintenence request with the upmost priority and get them taken care of quickly. Have not moved in yet and the process has already been frustrating. I applied for a 1 bed 1 bath unit that I was told would be ready by January 10th then was told 2 days before move in day it was not going to be ready. It has been almost a week and have gotten zero updates on when I am able to move in.
I toured this apartment complex recently and had a great experience. Karina was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the tour. She answered all of my questions clearly and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend touring with her if you’re considering this property!
