Jay gave my partner and I a tour of the 1 and 2 bedrooms and he was amazing! He explained it all perfectly and precise. We enjoyed our tour, the neighborhood and the background history of the place. The art was everything. Goat farm captured the moment. They perfectly designed the place!!!

One month at the goat farm, so incredibly happy with my decision. Such an amazing, friendly place to live. The maintenance here is unlike any place I’ve ever lived. I put in a request recently and within an hour, maintenance was there prepared to tackle everything. I also requested some amenity upgrades (new shuffleboard pucks) and the next day I was told that new stuff was ordered and to let them know if I think anything else should be changed.
