Brand new apartment complex which is well managed and maintained. The high standard amenities and the dog friendly environment are the most attractive portions. Bianca, the property manager also contributes a lot to this lovely, comfortable environment. George, from the maintenance team is prompt and courteous. The thermal and sound insulation is also exceptional. We are happy to be here... Update;Sep 18, 2019, still happy👍

By far the WORST place I have ever lived and I really gave it a chance. We were living there for 2 years and let down consistently. When we moved in it was under different management but switched over a couple months later and the switch was a bit rough. Throughout our time there we were faced with countless issues with the apartment and that’s not REALLY the problem because issues come up but the response time was the issue. When I first moved into this apartment I loved everything about it, I felt comfortable in my own home, and all the staff were friendly and personable. Since building has a new property manager. Corey one of the workers speaks to you in a patronizing, condescending, rude manner. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here with new management.

I've lived here for a few months now and have loved living here. The reviews left for this place are simply unfair. These apartments are SO close to route 1. I'm minutes away from Saugus shopping and dining. Compared to other "high end" buildings Ironwoods finishes are top notch. The grounds are always immaculate. When I've needed maintenance they have responded appropriately and professionally. I have lived here since the second building opened. Love it here. The roof deck is a huge plus. People are friendly. There have been a couple of community events over the last few months. Brendan, who is part of the maintenance crew is responsive and works along with his teammates to keep things in good shape. The units are great (love the kitchen space) and the option for garage parking is a huge plus. Great outdoorsy things to do such as Lynn Woods as well as several beaches to choose from.
