Our experience with The Dahlia management has been exceptional. The ladies in the office are attentive, and really try to solve tenants problems expeditiously. Maintenance is very good, and try to quickly fix any issues. All in all, the staff have made this a nice community to live in. Edited to say: Great staff. They made our stay here very pleasant. The manager even offered to let my wife and I stay longer after our roommate passed away. They are very courteous, helpful, and all around good staff.
Toured this community & the office staff was amazing! They were very informative and the unit they showed me was perfect. Great community!
I recently moved to Dallas and I am so happy to have chosen the Dahlia as the first place I call “home”. The property is very clean and maintenance does a really good job keeping it looking very nice. Inside, the units are spacious and the best part is the washer/dryer in the unit. The property manager, Jackie, was so nice and extremely helpful. She gave me a full tour and answered all my questions. I am very happy to be here!
Love that it has a pool & playground! Office staff is friendly & welcoming. I would definitely recommend this community !
