A really wonderful place to live! The Commons was a really wonderful place to live. The units are really well taken care of, spacious, and modern. The property manager and maintenance staff were so kind and very professional. The location was just right. If I wouldn't have moved out of the area I would still be living here. I would definitely recommend living here.
THE MOST WONDERFUL APARTMENTS!! THIS IS THE BEST COMPLEX IN THE AREA!! If you’re looking for an extremely clean, modern, quiet, smoke-free apartment then this is the place for you. I lived here for three years and have loved every minute. The overall price is extremely affordable. The only reason I’m moving is that I’m getting married and my fiancé and I are in the process of starting to build a house out of town- otherwise we would both live here. Really Nice Place to Live I would definitely recommend living here. Clean, new, modern apartments. Great staff. Rachel and Fred are awesome. We made a lot of friends too. Convenient access to interstate 265.

Great place to call home We would still be living here if I didn't have to relocate, great apartment complex, very clean very quiet, neighbors are great, grounds are clean. The Property manager Rachel is awesome and took care of anything I ever needed! Highly recommended, if looking for a nice place in southern Indiana.

For College Kids. Solely targets college students. Apartment complex is almost ran like a college dorm. No physical administration on-site. Rent checks have to be mailed in to an office in Louisville. Because there are no staff on hand, the grounds are a mess; trash everywhere. There are also loose nails all over the grounds and decks. Had a number of issues with the apartment upon move in. There were broken light fixtures and electrical outlets, also in no way had it been cleaned. No facilities or pool. Thank you for your review. As the current property manager, we take much pride in keeping our property clean on the outside as well as the inside. We now have multiple options as far as paying rent goes. There is a way for residents to pay on-site, a nearby office off-site to pay, and there is also an online payment system currently in the works.
