Tenant Staff and maintenance warm, responsive and accommodating. You get used to the patco noise quickly. The places are beautiful. If you’re a down to earth person, please do not believe poor reviews.
Great location, and even nicer apartment Collings at lumberyard is not only a safe area to live in, but also a beautiful community. There are many places to go shopping and great restaurants just around the corner. The staff is very nice and friendly. And the apartment itself always upkept and clean. The apartments themselves are beautiful and have a great view of the town. I would recommend Collings at lumberyard to anybody.
Hidden gem perfect for transition I am a new resident at The Collings at the Lumberyard and to apartment living as a whole. I have transitioned from a single family home of many years to starting a new phase of life here in Collingswood. I have been treated like family from the very first meeting with the staff.
