Nice, quiet townhomes… HORRIBLE management I lived in this community for 3 years, and have positive and negative things to say about my experience. Positive: the townhomes are spacious and have a great location (near Jordan Creek Park). The community is relatively quiet, and well kept. I feel that maintenance was good and responsive to any needs that I had. Beautiful apartments, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT The apartments are spacious and a lovely community however the management and their lack of communication, lack of action in getting things done, and overall demeanor makes this place miserable to live in. You have to wait months for things to get fixed and are not informed at all. The maintenance for the apartment is not done in an efficient way-if it snows you may be stuck because they don’t plow the roads for a few days.
