Love it Moved here in July 2015 and I can't really complain. The apartments are cozy and if there is a repair needed, it is completed within 24/48 hours depending on what the issue is. The only issue I have is the rent increases every year but so does all of the surrounding apartments in Irving. I would recommend these apartments for rental.

I love it I have been in Marbletree for almost 1 year and I still love it. Everyone is professional and my apartment is super cozy. The rent is a little on the expensive side but it is worth it. I would recommend these apartments without hesitation.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I lived here 7 years. They changed to United Property Group and everything went downhill. They are money hunger. Your work orders will not be honored. You will have to send your request like 3 times because they will close your work order without doing anything. My air conditioner was constantly not working…they knew it was leaking freon but refuse to replace or fix. They would just keep putting freon. In the meantime I had to wait until they got around to it. My refrigerator was replaced ... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE...Please!!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. We lost water and cant even call the apartments because the phone number does not work so we cant call maintenance or make a report.

Bad Management | Worst Not really, good management. Water stopped running, also No electric for couple a hours without any notification to tenant. Can’t use bathroom or kitchen for few hours or days. Anything happens on weekend, tenant Have to wait about Monday or Tuesday office to be open. Eveything happens after apt office hours, so tenant can’t able to reach anyone from management to fix the problem....

Worst apartment This apartment is not secured . Incase of property damage they will not help . Kids and neighbor of other apartment always break fence and break in cars.
Think Twice Before you Move !! worst As always, you hope if you are paying good money, then you will get good service. But the service stuffs like Gym, Swimming are just to show off, very poor. I got itching issues to my family, once i went for pool and the laundry never works in full out of 5, only 2 are working. The worst part is the bed bug issue. think before you move. It would be better if you could lease only for 1 month, not a year so that you can move from here. i would suggest find more cheaper apartment with better... read more
Marbletree Review Marbletree Apartments is fairly quiet and peaceful on the outside, but it honestly looks old! Marbletree apartments could use some renovations on the landscape, building colors, and structure, and even the grass. The insides are relatively tiny, but they are nice at the same time. Live-able. I live in a one bedroom apartment with wooden floors that dont creak. Yay. The cabinets are wooden also, and the counters are many different shades of brown.
