I do not recommend this complex. We were promised such a nice experience. They have a list of automatically charged amenities like cable and pest control but haven't had a tv the entire 10 months but pay 90 a month for cable. The gym JUST became available, and now, because of some ahole that is instantly unavailable and so is the pool that everyone loves so much. Whoever the owner is, you're an idiot. Management? ‼️WARNING TO NOT LIVE HERE‼️ This property is beyond disgusting 🤮 and unlivable. The management is disrespectful and poor communication skills. The complex is infested with ROACHES and half of my appliance do not work. I’ve came to the office to inform them regarding the infestation in my apartment complex but every time I go to speak with them they inform me I not on the list. Yeap this is a review for the last review. Nothing got resolved on the issue of the multiple extra charges for water/ sewage. Right now I'm not on that, some people you can't deal with because their mouth be to smart like the person I spoke with this morning ( Josie) about the app not letting me pay my rent. Just did a tour with Tim who works in the maintenance department. I had no appointment and he took me anyway and knew it like the back of his hand. Let him lease apartments and get some commission. Good dude
