Overall Good Ive lived here for the past year, It's a good complex. The grounds and surroundings are very well kept. Maintenance is also very efficient and helpful. Overall my only complaint is the lack of noise buffering between overhead complexes.
Good Staff, but bad noise level from apartments above I enjoy living here, the landscaping is always beautiful, and the staff is very nice. I also feel very safe.
Best Quality Apartment I have lived in in Tyler for Price I have lived here for 3 months and I am already much more satisfied with the quality of the apartment and the community. It is very quiet and in a great location. There is not a lot of traffic and maintenance is readily available to help with any concerns immediately.
