A dream come true! We cannot believe we actually live here. Everything is beautiful and clean and high quality. When we put in service requests, it is taken care of within the day. Management is always quick to respond. We feel so at home in our cozy, modern apartment. Cannot recommend enough!
Not impressed The pool was out of service for most of the summer. Moved in and the dryer wasn’t hooked up, and the washer leaked. Carpets smelled awful. Paint drops all over the island and floor. Dried, nasty food from the previous tenant in the kitchen sink. Freezer went out less than a week living in the unit, and we had to spend a large amount of money to replace spoiled food. POOL IS OUT OF SERVICE/ LOW END APPLIANCES Pool has been out of service for several months. Appliances are very low quantity. I would reconsider moving into this property.
Review with 5 starts is definitely a fake review. Nothing 5 stars about this property & HLC management company Pool OUT OF SERVICE FOR MONTHS, Appliances are of EXTREME low quality, gym is the size of a restroom
unprofessional management No communication between management and tenant regards to moving out, appliances don’t work and they don’t have urgency to fix it
Property Management/ Subpar Appliances Luxury apt w/ low-quality appliances & lack of prioritization by property management in resolving issues.
