We have a friend who lives at Sonderpoint, and have been looking in on her to make sure she is ok. One day we called a number of times and there was no answer, so I drove over to see if I could do a wellness check on her. I rang the buzzer to the office a number of times…no answer. Finally, one of the residents allowed me into the building. I turned the corner to check to see if the office was closed, and there was someone sitting at her desk…didn’t seem like she was busy. Driving over 35 minutes to get to a afternoon appointment to get a tour of apartments that was set up two days of the appointment. When you arrived to the apartment complex for your appointment tour, the office is close and nobody there to answer the phone calls. There where two deliveries vans in front of the main door blocking parking from handicap. I would not recommend to rent from this apartment complex. The outside didn’t feel safe area for seniors. I wouldn’t even given a one star ar all.
My main purpose of moving to sonderpoint was the convenience of the elevator and the rooftop being across the hall. I moved here in Oct 2023. Since then the elevator continuously breaks down and is left broken for weeks at time. The management keeps the rooftop locked. This place is definitely mismanagement. To get things fixed around here you have to call the city inspectors. I love my apartment but I don't like the building management. I feels like a jail when you can't access things that was promised to you in your lease... read more
Take your money and run seems to be the policy of this complex. I applied put money down and less than a week later they cancelled my application and kept my deposit saying they call me and I did not respond. I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL!!!!
The internet in the gym never works. The buzzer at the front door is broke, so you have to go down and open the door. The garage smells so bad but we have to pay $75 a month. The phone number says "The wireless customer isn't available".So unprofessional. 🤦♀️
