My main purpose of moving to sonderpoint was the convenience of the elevator and the rooftop being across the hall. I moved here in Oct 2023. Since then the elevator continuously breaks down and is left broken for weeks at time. The management keeps the rooftop locked. This place is definitely mismanagement. To get things fixed around here you have to call the city inspectors. I love my apartment but I don't like the building management. I feels like a jail when you can't access things that was promised to you in your lease... read more

The internet in the gym never works. The buzzer at the front door is broke, so you have to go down and open the door. The garage smells so bad but we have to pay $75 a month. The phone number says "The wireless customer isn't available".So unprofessional. 🤦‍♀️

Right now I'm not sure if I really should be writing this.. Been here since February have been having issues with the circuit breaker for the microwave and that is not fixed yet. I have no lock for mail box and not getting any mail. I think I need to get ahold of my worker and start looking for a new place. Overall not happy with the way things are not being handled. I moved in June 1, 2022. I renewed my lease electronically in 2023. I received a letter last week from the property management telling me my month to month lease has ended. The letter went on to say that I must sign a lease on February 29 if I want to continue to stay. My rent will go from $1234 to $1502. I went to the office assuming they must have sent the letter in error. Markita, the office manager, informed me that the lease I signed last year was invalid because it wasn't signed by them. This place is a terrible business I applied for this place last year and the women in the office ran off with my deposit the only way I got it back was to track her down on fb and threaten her with the police . I then tried it again in August 29th and I am now still waiting for my deposit back as they denied my application which is fine but they are still holding my deposit until this day October 23. I wouldn't want to live here . Bc they are taking advantage of the elderly. Return my refund now. 0 stars from me.
