Great Place to Live Excellent management and staff; maintenance responds quickly to work orders. Older complex but owners are making improvements to modernize the complex. All dogs, no matter the breed, are permitted....which is great because so many complexes have breed restrictions.

Every unit has W/D hookups! For this area, the fact that every unit has a washer/drier hookups, which is unheard of! The parking lot is awful but the apartments aren't bad!

6947 Everhart So far, I've enjoyed living here. We live in the townhome. Pros: *Staff is very attentive and maintenance is quick to come if needed. *They had no problems with my service animal. *Very close to everything...gas stations, grocery stores, and department stores. The place to be! My first day here was amazing the office was very helpful the maintenance Goes out of their way to make sure your stay is nice the neighbors are all very friendly and my dog loves the puppy park but the only problem is are first months rent is back to back so practically 1,978$ help me eat!

Disgusting. These people have made my past 2 years hell. Not only were the health codes not up to par they didn’t care that their tenants were suffering. They also put fake charges on my final statement because they are incompetent, untrustworthy, malicious, and money hungry. I have already gone through the BBB and FTC and they have more coming to them. They will lie to you anyway they can to take your money and get you into a contract. Do NOT Recommend I moved into the Solana Vista apartments (#1605) in January 2022. It seemed as though every day there was a new challenge living there. Don’t Do It I was happy to find a decent place for the cost. As soon as I moved in it has been one thing after another. The assistant property manager is rude and dismissive and there have been major issues that needed serious attention. I do understand this is an older complex and I know things break all the time however, they do not fix properly or in a timely manner.Its a temporary fix, like putting a Band-Aid over a gash. Poor Office Staff The management staff is unfriendly, not easy to work with, and maintenance work orders are not processed timely (>2 weeks).
