Impressed Highly impressed with the educated service and high level of positivity they provide
Dog Friendly! Not bad of a living space for the price. Good pool size. Really great about pets. Only issue is there is a pay laundry facility which is kind of pricy. Really wish the laundry was cheaper per load.
If only they worried more about fixing maintenance requests If your 2 seconds late on the rent trust me you’ll get a letter on your door and at least one phone call, but if you have a simple maintenance request you won’t hear a thing and month later it will still not be fixed. The maintenance guys are awesome and are very friendly and helpful!! So, I’m going to say it the company that doesn’t work toward fixing people issues. Fake good reviews. I have met a lot of my neighbors while living at these apartments and NO ONE is happy. They are DISGUSTING! The carpets all smell like old mildew and cigarettes, the walks literally leak disgusting smells, and you pay for bug exterminators every month but they’ve never been by but once because I complained. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! We had to take it into our own hands and almost got rid of them. The front desk staff is horrible rude and unorganized, they will tell you what you owe, but bill you 2x that. WORST If you read any good reviews about this place don't fall for it. This has by far been the worse place I have ever lived. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Work orders are not responded to promptly. Everything is cheap and run down to mention INFESTED with roaches to the point where it will make you want to throw up. The laundry rooms are filthy and smell like dead rats. I am completed disgusted with this place and cannot wait until my lease is up.
