Thanks Whitney I have lived at this apartment complex for two and a half years. It is an older complex. Therefore, it has had its share of repairs. However, I have to give the current manager credit for being very prompt with work orders placed. I have had repairs done within the same day. Thank you, Whitney!! Keep doing a good job. Furthermore, thank you for your professionalism and friendliness! All your efforts are appreciated!!!!

Pleased, Besides Bugs I've lived here for seven months now and overall I'm very happy with my apartment. I have the A2 version and it's quite spacious for me. I've had one leak so far and a maintenance crew came within a couple hours of my maintenance request, and they've taken care of any other problems I've had quickly, also. The only thing I would say is bad about this apartment are the bugs, mainly roaches. I've become an excellent roach killer and you'll probably have to become one, too, if you decide to live here.

My Apartment I like my apartment, it has all that I need including a pool in the complex as well as a workout center. The staff is knowledgeable and helps you address any issues you may have in your apartment. I really like the fact that it comes with a washer and dryer to save me from having to go to a Laundromat. It is home and has been for the past 3 years. I like it a lot.

Mold, Bugs, and Overcharging Never leave reviews but I had such a horrible time at these appts. They had crazy thin walls ,my roommates bedroom and storage had crazy amounts of mold growing( that was never fixed or addressed)harassed by neighbors, & was charged insane fees for the end of my rent there. i will never recommend Sawgrass.

Unprofessional Talked to a Kelly who I guess is new there and a manager and is very unprofessional. I tried to talk about an issue and she just left me talking and connected me to someone else. The managers and people before would never treat their residents like this. She needs to go to training school and learn how to treat her residents especially if she is a new a manger of the property. I want the old Kelly and Jonathon back.

Nothing works I’ve lived here for 10 months and in that time I’ve had to send in 13 maintenance requests because the they failed to properly renovate the apartment before my moving in. Also roaches are a big problem. My apartment is infested. I’ve reached out to the office numerous times for pest control (which does nothing) and scheduled a clean out which they failed to document. This is absolutely ridiculous I will not be resigning my lease and I strongly urge that you do NOT consider Sawgrass Apartments homes to live at!
