Moving on to better pastures I have lived here for over 25 years and I rent a unit that is individually owned so I don't necessarily rent directly through Sagamore Court. However, living here for the many years I have, I have seen things about this place that most people haven't because of the quick turn over of renters. They really are good about keeping the grounds and inside of the buildings well kept. However, they have let the Tennis court just fall apart and have done nothing and don't have any plans to restore it. The... read more

I apologize that you did not enjoy your time here at Sagamore Court, and that you feel we have such a quick turn around with our residents. It is actually quite the opposite, we have many residents who have lived here a number of years including condo owners who live on-site. We are actually in the process of getting pricing to convert the tennis court area into an off leash dog area.
