Riverside is a great place to live. My apartment is gorgeous and feels like a penthouse in a much larger city. My view shows the river, Saint Paul’s Cathedral as well as the north end up to the ledge. The amenities here are top notch. The rooms are large with large windows and an open format. We have in unit laundry, dishwasher and all other appliances. I am in a wheel chair but do not feel handicapped here. The management is open door and have always addressed my issues immediately. Great! We're excited to move in. Do you know when the apt will be cleaned by? Just for moving in boxes? This Saturday someone with a truck can help. Riverside Management is very friendly and kind!! Thoughtful of their tenants, I can see that already!! We hope to be with you a very long time!!!

This apartment is for the elderly of our community. It is very nice. The only issue that there has been is the manager is never available. If something needs fixing, the person has to wait.

I have lived here almost 3 years and I love it here! I give it 5 stars While there are different types of units mine has a large kitchen living room and laundry room I love a big bathroom and mine is very large Nice neighbors and Staff also.

It is beginning to look like the new management team is being more responsive to our issues. We love the location with the Fond du Lac River across the street and short walk to Main Street with restaurants and stores. Having CC's Chocolates in the same building is also a mixed blessing with great food so close at hand.
