Their maintenance man that services Thurber Gate Apartments is terribly rude and just barges into apartments and barks commands. The apartments themselves are overpriced and not well kept. A year or so before I moved in I was warned the entire balcony on the 3rd floor had collapsed. The volleyball court is full of rocks and weeds and has been for 3 years. CAVEAT DEBITOR (RENTER BEWARE)! In a world where "Fake it til you make it" is the currency, Rentable rules! Well done, scraping free information from all over the interwebs. I'm ashamed that 1-star was the minimum. There is an listing for our property that is befuddlingly inaccurate: wrong prices, incorrect availability. The phone number IS correct, however, so prospects call us and are themselves befuddled (trying to use that word more, and Rentable makes it easier!) that "our" listing hasn't been updated. This company has my home listed for rent for $1400 a month. That is not my listing. I have it listed through my broker on MLS for $4200/month. This ADOBO listing is a fraud, and I can't reach a live person to deal with this problem after numerous emails and phone calls.
I walked in expecting real estate agents and found super helpful coders instead. Even though it wasn't required of them they took the time to show me how to use the website and laid out a few potential apartments to call up. Very helpful staff! Thank you Alec!!
