Unprofessional when it comes to signing lease. I toured with prospective roommates, we were told to done one thing, and after doing what we were told - being on top of it, reaching out as soon as they opened and even going to the leasing office to sign that same morning- we were told to wait and the leasing manager will look into it. We checked in two days later- when we were told that they’d reach out by- and were told a current occupant had resigned after being informed that we were going to sign. Waste of our time.

PLEASE READ! Lived here for three years. The only redeeming quality is that it’s cheap overall, but I have had so many terrible experiences here. My first apartment was absolutely filthy upon move-in, no one was in the office for move-in inspection, missing microwave (we were charged for on move-out), was told later it was our fault for not refusing to move in as if four families waiting in the summer sun wanted to wait around for an employee to actually come and do their job. Update: It has been a month and three days with over 80 degree temperatures outside regularly. No one has addressed the AC work order. Update: it’s been three weeks now and no one has come to fix my AC. Do not understand their reply to this review, I called several times weeks ago and still nothing. Update; it’s been two weeks and no one has addressed my air conditioning issue. Highly recommend reading the negative reviews. Since I posted a rating two weeks ago, I finally got a replacement to a gross nasty situation involving a dishwasher. It only took a year for it to be resolved. But! It's brand new, we are happy with that. Although the grounds is well maintained, it feels like they are constantly doing it even when its fall/autumn and nothing to mow, they woke me up on my one day off... Lived here two years. Maintenance was great most of the time and speedy. Staff was usually friendly. Pretty peaceful and quiet. A nice little walking path behind the apartments too that follows a little stream that's lovely to walk by especially when it rained recently. May main concern is that I was charged over $400 when I moved out for issues. I won't lie and say my apartment was 100% when I moved out (more like 95%?) but the issues that were unable to be fixed by myself were not worth the $400+ to fix. Maybe $100 or less... read more
