I am living at Agave House in Casa Grande and very disappointed thus far. It's only been 3 months and we have been continuously been getting harassed by our downstairs neighbor. They bang on the ceiling excessively and the property manager does nothing. They said they will talk to them or send notices but it does nothing. The harassment continues. The downstairs neighbor threatened to kill us and has made several lease breaking violations but still living here. We are not making noise during the legal quiet hours.

0 stars. Had to get a city inspector involved after living for 10 months without a working HVAC in a studio with windows that are sealed shut. Incredibly rude and exploitative company. Here for a cash grab. Would not offer any accommodations to improve my living conditions. My clothing and bedding is damaged from exposure to cooking oils. honestly 0 stars. while they are very friendly, communication sucks. they used to manage my apartment buildings (fountain terrace) up until a month or two ago. it took them 7 months to replace a door in my unit that was broken when i moved it. once the company switched, the new company had my door replaced in 2 days. they had me waiting weeks for a correct CRP despite me leaving multiple voicemails and text messages. the number they list online sends you to a voicemail which of course, they never return your call. save your... read more

Villa Del Coronado should change it's name to El Cid. 7 years ago I moved in. I was told 7/01/2017 Apartment 206. My belongings sat in the 3rd Floor public space for three days. Then they allowed me to move-in. To an apartment above the actual apartment I toured at viewing. The air conditioning was blowing out 77 degrees. The maintenance gentlemen had a temperature laser. I’m a current resident at one of their property (Fountain Terrace) and had reach out for assistance as my landlord does not respond back including someone above her. It seems no one doesn’t like to communicate back with you after leaving several voice mails and emails. It’s frustrating when no one communicates with you and doesn’t reach out back. All I can say is do not rent at any of there properties, you will get no where and they will basically rob you of your money.
