This apartment complex is a mess. When I entered this apartment, the floors were completely disgusting. We spilled some liquid on our floors early-on, and cleaned that spot for 3 hours and it became very clear where we cleaned. The entire floor had spots of paint and a disgusting black sludge came out when cleaned. We asked for weeks for them to do something, until they hired steam cleaners after over a month. I had to change accounts to add a new review, because Railway Manor does not pick up their phones. They intentionally avoided my phone number, as when I used *67 to make my number private, they immediately picked up. This place's management is atrocious. My $500 security deposit was completely wiped because they refused to do proper maintenance. Why am I being charged $25 to clean the bathtub, $25 to clean the $50 microwave, etc, for a total of 7 $25 charges? There is 0 mention of this in my lease document. I am being scam... read more

Many big problems including a stink bug infestation that they refuse to fix and lied multiple times saying they called an exterminator when they never did. Neighbors in other units are loud and noise complaints do absolutely nothing. The lock on the door to the building is always jammed. No maintenance requests are ever solved in a timely manor/at all depending on how urgent Hunter Bloomington thinks the problem is. I subleased for 3 months during the summer time and had an awful experience with this leasing company. First and foremost they did an inspection without notice and then when confronted apologized. A few other things that made the living experience bad is the communication between tenant and leasing. I called and emailed several times during my first month of living there and they dance around the question when asked. Another thing is rent.
