Hey I've been trying to reach the leasing office for past couple of days and nobody answers and dont call back either, please give me a call back, I've left a voice note
Solid place, friendly office staff from my experience, they answer all of my questions. Affordable rent. This place has a lot of families living here. Not expecting top end luxury, just what you need with compliant maintenance workers. Only issue I have, ordering packages to your apartment is sometimes a mixed bag, some of my deliveries have a hard time getting past the gate which delay's or cancel my purchases.
If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would. To begin with the main company eighteen group who owns the property has zero interest in speaking to you. The leasing staff is rude, uninterested in working there, zero customer service experience. And very little English proficiency. They are by far the worst apartment complex I have come across with. I had mold and they inspected my apartment without telling me 24 hours in advance as stated on their contract. Also they stated I didn’t because they painted over... read more
Dont move here !! I had a leaking roof since hurrican berlyn these apartments have LEAD / apartamentos tienen plomo they said they never had an apartment for me but yet they kept puttinf the apartments for cheaper so people can rent them maintenance is bad
I just moved in. I work from home so my job relies on internet. They won’t call to allow XFinity to have services in the neighborhood and the only option they provide is 50mbps with AT&T. The toilets were caked in pee. The thermostat doesn’t work, it’s stuck at 70 degrees and the buttons to move it up or down will not register. There’s only ONE working outlet in the kitchen out of the four that are in there. The rest of the apartment maybe half the outlets work and the ones that do, they’re so loose nothing will stay plugged... read more
