Hidden Gem on The Hill Pleasant, quiet, small complex with a mix of tenants - retirees, grad students, and working folks. You get a lot of square footage for your money! And having an on-site maintenance person is a nice bonus. Office staff are pleasant and respond quickly to requests. And the location is ideal.
Massive Fees Upon Move out I had an okay time living there--it's nothing special. Just your average, no-frills, mildly run down apartment. Aside from quite a few maintenance issues, its an okay place to live and pretty spacious. However, when I moved out I was slammed with exorbitant fees that did not seem justified. Management told me the wrong move out time and then charged me for that too. It was truly a horrible ending.
