There was a lot of drug use at the apartment. The fire alarms went off 3 times in a month in the middle of the night. I was supposed to get a key for the entrance and never did get one. When I was to get my mail key, that took another month. People weren’t mindful of others inside the building. In the middle of the night it would echo in the hallway.

December 21, 2023. They are very slow at getting maintenance done. I have 2 holes in my ceiling since 2 months ago. Still not patched up. Tried to call them and the message box was full because no one is listening to them. Lazy managers multiple things wrong with this place. Pot and cigarette smell leaks into my apartment. Drug sales in the parking lot. Garbage in the hallways and elevator. Loud neighbors. We've been here for 6 years and it's been going downhill since. We are currently on our THIRD property manager within a matter of months. Most of the time we have no management. The fact that they opened another property when they can't even manage their existing ones is absolutely mind boggling. There have been so many mistakes made and instead of being apologetic in any sense of the word, they become defensive and speak to you in a tone as if you're somehow inconveniencing THEM. Can I say, Slumlord? I'd give the place a 0 star if able. Their 2nd location on east Merril hasn't been cleaned in over 3 months. The hallways look absolutely disgusting and smells horrible, every door that leads outside is left open so the building is always cold or super hot depending on the season. The place looks like rats, roaches and mice will be entering soon. Elevator smells like someones smoking a skunk all the time, what would that be, weed? I was approved for an apartment, put down the $100 money order hold, then waited weeks for corporate, all the while being assured that was just a technical process. Right before I needed to move, I was informed I made too much money. I had to resign my job and scramble to find another place within 2 weeks in December! I now have an eviction on my record and I never got the full $100 back. They sent me the original money order which had to be replaced because it was written to them, incurring a $25 fee. Disgusting.
